Crafted for new managers, staffers, executives, and anyone responsible for briefing decision-makers, this on-site Completed Staff Work (CSW) training equips you with the skills to save time, reduce back-and-forth, and demonstrate thought leadership at every level.

Our learning module:

Explores the questions: What is CSW? Why is CSW important? What are the traits associated with CSW?

Learn how to provide constructive feedback which promotes a culture of effective, completed staff work. Participants will be given several scenarios to test their CSW skills.

Yes. The participants will receive a Certificate of Completion after the training, signed by our organization. Each participant must complete our registration and evaluation forms to receive the certificate

The total duration is 8 hours – from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.

WeSolve Foundation reserves the right to postpone or cancel the training in case the minimum number of participants is not met or for other reasons beyond our control, such as typhoons, earthquakes, or other force majeure events. In such cases, learning investments made shall be returned in full to the participants.
In the event that you won’t be able to attend the training, you may do the following:
Credit your payment in our next training.
Substitute or offer your spot to another colleague or friend.
Get a full refund of your payment.
